Breakfast Burritos Recipe
Total Time: 30 minutes
Growing up I loved it when my mom made these and we could grab them to-go before school. Super helpful with busy kids/teenagers’ schedules. Add whatever veggies you’d like, or keep it plain and simple with the sausage, eggs & cheese.
Breakfast Burritos
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:
-
1 lb sausage
-
1 dozen eggs
-
2 bell peppers, chopped *honestly you can use whatever veggies your heart desires (broccoli is great, or a veggie hash packaged mix from Trader Joe's is lovely too)
-
1 package flour tortillas-12 count (burrito or taco sized, depending on your desired portion)
-
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
-
1 tsp garlic salt (optional)
Directions:
-
Start chopping them veggies into little diced size pieces. Set aside.
-
Set stove to medium heat, start cookin the sausage on medium heat until there is BARELY any pink showing.
-
Add the eggs and veggies into pan with sausage. Cook until eggs are scrambled.
-
Sprinkle it with garlic salt if ya feel like it and top with cheese.
-
Then scoop about 1/2-1 cup scrambled stuff on your tortilla and tightly roll up. If you are storing them in the fridge-when ready to eat quickly, nuke in the microwave for a solid 15-20 seconds.
