Mango Sticky Rice Recipe

Mango Sticky Rice
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups jasmine rice (I use frozen rice but you can cook rice if you’re cooler than me)

1 can coconut milk (14oz)

1 can sweet condensed milk

3 mangoes
Directions:

Microwave the frozen rice or make your jasmine rice on stove top (ratio is 2 cups water:1 cup jasmine rice=about 4 cups cooked rice)

Combine rice & sweet condensed milk (add ¾ of the can and see if that satisfies your sweet tooth, if not then add the entire can)

Peel & slice mango.

Add mango slices on top of sweet rice.
