Mango Sticky Rice Recipe

Mango Sticky Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 cups jasmine rice (I use frozen rice but you can cook rice if you’re cooler than me)

  • 1 can coconut milk (14oz)

  • 1 can sweet condensed milk

  • 3 mangoes

Directions:

  1. Microwave the frozen rice or make your jasmine rice on stove top (ratio is 2 cups water:1 cup jasmine rice=about 4 cups cooked rice)

  2. Combine rice & sweet condensed milk (add ¾ of the can and see if that satisfies your sweet tooth, if not then add the entire can)

  3. Peel & slice mango.

  4. Add mango slices on top of sweet rice.
