Meatloaf Recipe

I hated meatloaf. I tried this & I have now changed my opinion on meatloaf. I am a born-again meatloaf eater. Savory, flavorful, meat in your mouth.
Meatloaf

Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 egg
-
1 small/medium onion, finely diced (I used purple)

1 cup dried bread crumbs (did I buy bread crumbs? hell nah, I got about 2 pieces of bread, toasted them, shoved them in a blender, and boom-1 cup bread crumbs)

1 cup milk
-
salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsps brown sugar
-
2 tbsps mustard
-
1/3 cup ketchup
Directions:

Oven to 350!

In large bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, 1 cup milk, & 1 cup bread crumbs. Season w/ salt'n'pepper to your tastebuds & place in a lightly greased loaf pan, help the loaf out and gently squeeze into a loaf shape.

In a small bowl, combine 2 T brown sugar, 2 T mustard, and ⅓ c ketchup. Mix well & pour over meatloaf.

Bake @ 350 degree for 1 hour.
