Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe

Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked basmati rice

12 ozs bag frozen riced cauliflower or chop fresh cauliflower & steam it

1 lb chicken (if you’re fancy like me use canned chicken)

16 ozs tikka masala simmer sauce

1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions:

Cook your basmati rice per package instructions. OR-use frozen rice because you're extra fancy, shhhh.

Empty jar of tikka masala simmer sauce in pan over high heat. Add canned chicken and mix well.

Once you see bubbles forming, turn off heat immediately and mix in 1 cup heavy whipping cream. Stir well.

Microwave frozen cauliflower and you can either keep it separate as a side, or mix into the simmer sauce, or mix into the rice. Make it your own.

Get a bowl, start with rice or cauliflower as your base, then top with simmer sauce & chicken. YUM
