Acai Bowl Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 pure açai unsweetened superfruit packs (Sambazon brand or Trader Joe’s sell their brand)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (apple juice works too)

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

Directions:

  1. Grab 2 açai packets and run under warm water, just enough to loosen up the package & break into 2-3 pieces.

  2. Grab your blender & put the açai chunks in. Then add the non-dairy milk of your choice, the frozen banana & frozen fruit. I like to use a berry-frozen fruit mixture like raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

  3. Start the mixture at the slowest speed, then gradually increase speed. *Make sure to use frozen fruit so you don’t end up making a liquid smoothie instead of an açai bowl.

  4. Top yer bowl with banana slices, fresh fruit, granola, & agave nectar/honey. YUMMM.
