Pitaya Bowl Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen pitaya smoothie packets

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup apple juice

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

Directions:

  1. Grab 2 pitaya packets and run under warm water, just enough to loosen up the package & break into 2-3 pieces.

  2. Grab your blender & put the pitaya frozen chunks in. Then add the apple juice, the frozen banana & frozen fruit. I like to use a berry frozen fruit mixture like raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

  3. Start the mixture at the slowest speed, then gradually increase speed. *Make sure to use frozen fruit so you don’t end up making a liquid smoothie instead of a pitaya bowl.

  4. Top yer bowl with banana slices, fresh fruit, granola, & agave nectar/honey. YUMMM.
