Monkey Bread Recipe

Easy to make for a special breakfast or a holiday morning treat. Kids love helping with this one (assembly line!!) and it’s a fool-proof recipe to have them help with.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen rolls (36 count)

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 3/4 cup butter

  • 2 tsps cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Turn oven to 350°. Grease up a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray.

  2. Combine sugars & cinnamon in medium bowl & mix it good. In a different small bowl, melt butter.

  3. Cut each roll into quarters w/ scissors or a knife (I like scissors). Baptize each piece of dough in the butter, then roll them good in the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Start piling them into the bundt pan.

  4. Keep on baptizing them little rolls, and pile them up in the pan one layer at a time.

  5. Bake UNCOVERED for 15-20 minutes. Then cover w/ foil and bake for 20 minutes. Keep checking w/ a toothpick until it comes out clean in center.
